What this estimate
counts—and skips.
Assumes US prepaid shipping and good-standing seller: 9.5% commission + $5 seller fee. Seller rating and shipping method can change this.
The calculator separates the marketplace’s modeled fees from your own costs. Your payout is estimated from item price plus shipping charged, less modeled platform fees. Profit then subtracts item cost and shipping you pay. Sales tax collected and remitted by the marketplace is not treated as your revenue or profit.
For promotion, enter the percentage you expect to pay. It is applied to the sale amount in this estimate; actual advertising programs can use different fee bases and attribution rules.
