UK bank processing is 4% + £0.20. Etsy's US$0.20 listing fee and possible VAT on processing/fees are excluded because the listing charge is converted into the seller's payment currency. VAT, regulatory fees and Offsite Ads are also excluded.
The calculator separates the marketplace’s modeled fees from your own costs. Your payout is estimated from item price plus shipping charged, less modeled platform fees. Profit then subtracts item cost and shipping you pay. Sales tax collected and remitted by the marketplace is not treated as your revenue or profit.
